Tools

Here is a brake bleeding tool.

Brake bleeder

It gets rid of that long drawn out pump-loosen-squirt-tighten-pump procedure that is all too common in garages and driveways across America.

It was made with an old brake fluid reservoir cap and some air fittings. If you pluck out the stuff that turns the "you're giong to crash soon" light on, there is a nice round hole perfect for an air fitting.

  1. Fill your reservoir up to the tippity top
  2. set your air regulator as low as it will go
  3. hook up the air
  4. put a little clear tube over the bleeder valve
  5. open the valve (start from the back wheels)
  6. keep an eye on the fluid in the little tank, if you run out you have to start all over
